Need More Help?

Well, you've looked around this site and found nothing to help you with whatever problem you've just encountered. The game won't run, you haven't got a clue, you're stuck, screwed, and on the verge of deleting the game. Don't give up just yet, we're a friendly bunch and can fix most problems if you ask us nicely. Check these 2 pages first just because they really are the 2 most common problems that come up - Seeing Servers and Update Graphics.- and then read on. Post any questions that you have in the Alien Arena Forums and it's odds on that someone there will be able to help - the game might well be free but we've got tech support that any commercial game would be proud of! Don't worry if you think you might sound silly for asking an obvious question, we don't care, we were all new once - We'd rather you asked than gave up in frustration. You can also try asking in our chat channel - #alienarena on any efnet server - for which there's a chat client built in underneath where you see servers. Or there's a web based client you can use HERE and you just need to type #alienarena where it says channel in the top left. There's usually someone about who will be able to help you out. Just remember to be polite to people there please - don't expect much assistance if the first words out of your mouth are "Oi, this sh*t is broke, wtf do I do with the crap?" Really, don't be afraid to ask us anything related to the game, we're all here to help :)
